Hands On: Battlefield 6 Is An Xbox Series X|S Showpiece, Even In Beta Form

Classic Battlefield, but shiny and new.

After four years of waiting, Battlefield is back, and the newly-formed Battlefield Studios has taken any former criticism pretty seriously. Gone are pretty much all of the core changes made in Battlefield 2042 to reveal a more classic feeling Battlefield experience that focuses on what always made the series great; big bombastic battles on destructive-laden maps with dynamic infantry and vehicular combat. Oh, and it all looks bloody fantastic on Xbox Series X|S as a proper current-gen exclusive.

We're talking about Battlefield 6 here of course, as EA and the team unleashes its latest effort onto our Xbox consoles in beta form.
