Banjo the bear leads a peaceful life on Spiral Mountain alongside his fast-talking bird friend Kazooie and his cheerful younger sister, Tooty. Their quiet home is shared, however, by the wicked witch Gruntilda, who one day asks her sentient cauldron who the prettiest girl on the mountain is.
