Xbox's Sea Of Thieves Has Reportedly Sold Over One Million Copies On PS5

There's been a lot of conversation within the Xbox community following the announcement that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be released on PlayStation 5 next year. Off the back of this, Phil Spencer yesterday said Xbox's franchises were actually "getting stronger".

With this in mind, a new story today from Windows Central's Jez Corden mentions how according to his "trusted sources", the PlayStation 5 version of Sea Of Thieves has now supposedly surpassed one million sales since its launch on Sony's platform in April 2024. It's estimated the game could have at least made around "$40 million dollars additional revenue (minus platform fees)" which can potentially be reinvested in the game.
