Report: Hogwarts Legacy DLC Cancelled, Definitive Edition Scrapped As Well

Sequel remains in development.

We've got bad news to share for Hogwarts Legacy fans, as it's being reported today by Bloomberg that the planned DLC expansion for the game has been cancelled, and so has the Definitive Edition that was in the works.

The outlet says "people familiar" with the plans chalked it down to an "ongoing restructuring" at Warner Bros. Games, as well as fears that "the amount of content was not substantial enough to justify the price being considered".
