Assassin's Creed Shadows DLC Lands On Xbox In September, Free For Those Who Pre-Ordered

In a summer update on all-things Assassin's Creed Shadows, Ubisoft has announced a release date for the game's first major expansion; Claws of Awaji. The premium DLC (free for pre-orders) — which adds a new area and roughly 10-hours of fresh content — launches for Xbox on September 16th - and we have a free update for all players coming next week as well.

That free AC Shadows update lands on July 29th, and it contains quite a few community-requested features as Ubisoft attempts to keep players satiated. The upcoming July patch contains New Game+, an increased level cap, a new in-game Project and more.
