Ubisoft Provides Update On Offline Mode For Two 'The Crew' Titles

The first to come "before the end of 2025".

Last year, Ubisoft announced that following the delisting and shutdown of The Crew, it was planning to implement offline modes for The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest - so that fans can continue to enjoy these games beyond their end-of-life status. Today, the team has provided an update on this pair of offline patches.

Speaking in a new update video, Ubisoft announced that it is focusing on The Crew 2 first, and that it aims to bring offline play to that one before the end of 2025. However, due to the complex nature of making an always-online game fully playable offline, this will require multiple testing phases before the full version is complete.
