Report: Call Of Duty 'Black Ops Gulf War' Will Feature An Open World Campaign This October

Call of Duty 2024 plans outed.

Last November it was reported that Call of Duty 2024 will be another Black Ops title, set in the Gulf War period, and today fresh details have emerged on this year's CoD game.

Coming by way of Insider Gaming, 'Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War' will feature an open world campaign developed by Raven Software. Despite Modern Warfare 3 containing 'open combat' missions, the upcoming Black Ops title will apparently present an open world "more akin to that of Far Cry" than anything we've seen from the series so far.
